2. INTRODUCTION & SCOPE OF SERVICE

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) constitute a legally binding agreement between SaJaNa Safe Trips (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the user (“you,” “Parent,” or “Guardian”).

SaJaNa Safe Trips is an independent transportation provider specializing in the Saj-Student Program, facilitating secure school-to-home commutes for students. By using this website or enrolling a student in our programs, you agree to be bound by the legal boundaries and rules set forth in this document.

3. ELIGIBILITY & PARENTAL AUTHORITY

To engage our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
Be the legal parent or guardian of the student, or have documented legal permission to arrange their transportation and share their school/home locations.

4. PAYMENTS, QUOTES, & CONTRACTS

Service Agreements: A binding contract is formed once a quote provided by SaJaNa Safe Trips is accepted and the required deposit or service fee is paid.
Pricing Policy: We reserve the right to modify our service rates at any time. Pricing is customized based on distance, frequency, and specific Pennsylvania school district schedules.
Non-Payment: SaJaNa Safe Trips reserves the right to immediately suspend transportation services if account balances are not kept current.

5. OPERATIONAL RULES & CANCELLATIONS

Wait Time: To maintain our schedule for all families, drivers will wait a maximum of 10 minutes at the designated school pickup zone.
Right to Refuse Service: SaJaNa Safe Trips reserves the right to terminate or suspend services without notice for any reason, including but not limited to student behavioral issues that jeopardize safety or a breach of these Terms.
Schedule Changes: We reserve the right to adjust routes due to weather emergencies, road closures, or school district calendar changes.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including the name SaJaNa Safe Trips, the Saj-Student branding, logos, text, and graphics, are the exclusive intellectual property of SaJaNa Safe Trips. Any unauthorized use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, SaJaNa Safe Trips shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:

Delays caused by traffic, weather, or school administration.
Incidents occurring once the student has been safely delivered to their home address and seen entering the residence.
Technical errors or the security of data submitted through this website.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold SaJaNa Safe Trips harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) made against the Company by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of our transportation services.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any dispute arising out of the use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

SaJaNa Safe Trips reserves the right to modify these T&C at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the website or our transportation services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
